4 Flotille (abbreviated to 4F) is a French Navel Aviation squadron based at Base Aéronavale de Lann Bihoué and equipped with three Northrop Grumman E-2C Hawkeye aircraft which also operate from the aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle.
This challenge coin came from Nato Tiger Meet 2017 at BAN Landivisiau in France and depicts the AEW (Airborne Early Warning) capabilities of the E-2C Hawkeye aircraft with its distinctive radar dome and fold up wings to support carrier based operations.
